Speedwork on the Truckee High School track starting May 5th.
Start time: 6:30 am. All abilities welcome. The goal is to achieve a more comfortable and perhaps even quicker “cruising speed” on trail runs in the 10k-50k range. The details of the workout will be written on a dry erase board at the startline for late comers.
Weather policy: we will cancel when it is actively raining or snowing at start time, thunder is in the vicinity, or AQI is worse than 120 due to smoke. Otherwise, it’s on!
