Join us Tuesday at 9:00 am for a weekly “no-host unofficial” social trail run on the various trails in the Tahoe area. This week we are running the Donner Lake Rim Trail starting at the Trout Creek bike path parking lot just off Northwoods Blvd between Lamplighter Way and Lausanne Way, aka “Truckee Trails Trailhead” on google maps (39.3368, -120.2087). We’ll decide on mileage based upon group interest at the trail head. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
In order to make these runs fun and safe for everyone, we need all participants to follow current state and county guidelines. In particular, these runs are limited to current DPMR members (to ensure a “stable cohort”), bring a face covering for the trail head before and after the run, and 6-feet of physical separation will be necessary during the run. If guidelines change in the future, we may be able to invite non-members.
