Join TMS and Donner Party Mountain Runners for a clinic and demo of trail running poles. Olivia Amber, a Leki athlete, will be providing instruction on how to use trail running poles effectively, go for a run with the poles and provide individualized feedback along the way. We will have a fleet of poles for you to try out at no charge!
Meet at the Donner Summit Sno Park at 9 am. The run will go up to the Frog Lake Cliff Overlook, the group will start together but go at whatever pace you are comfortable at!
