Intro to Nordic Skiing with Martin Benes

Come learn about how to get started with cross-country skiing at an evening presentation at Donner Creek Brewing with local coach Martin Benes. He will cover skate vs. stride, how to get setup with the right equipment and gear for x-c skiing, training tips, and more! There will be a presentation with time for Q&A.

Martin is a local endurance coach with an extensive background in coaching and teaching XC skiing. He has coached numerous Olympians, including local athletes, and was the US  Paralympic cross-country skiing coach for 3 years.
