The Schedule

Where: Meet at Alder Creek Adventure Center

When: We roll out at 5:00 PM.

The Workout: We start with a 15–20 minute warmup, followed by a hill workout that changes every week. We always head uphill on the trails, and we always finish with a proper cooldown.

The Afterparty: Stick around! We hang out in the parking lot after the workout for drinks and snacks.
Cost & Membership
This workout is 100% free and open to anyone.
However, we strongly encourage you to become a member for just $30 a year. We are a local non-profit dedicated to supporting our community and maintaining the very trails we run on. Your membership directly contributes to keeping these trails beautiful and accessible.
