Our mission at DPMR is to inform, inspire, and connect mountain runners in the region. We hope that you will agree that whether you are looking to hit the trails for a long day, get out for some speedwork, or just socialize with like-minded folks, we have the events to get you out and keep you inspired this year. We hope everyone can find some experiences with us to suit your desires. Don’t forget that most of our events are free to everyone, but your support is always appreciated. Join/renew today.
Here’s a peek at some of the opportunities we can all look forward to this year and we hope to see you out on the trails!
Group Training Runs
You’ve been asking, and we’ve listened – we’ve been working hard to get more regular, organized group runs on the calendar! We are excited about our lineup this season, but there’s always room for more. So if there isn’t a group run that suits your schedule but you’d like to do a group run on a regular basis, consider starting your own group run! Reach out to our group run coordinator, Renee Elsdon Jacobs at renee@donnerpartymountainrunners.com

Racing and Volunteering
Castle Peak 100k
Our signature race, the Castle Peak 100K, returns August 22. If you’re not already signed up, get on it! And if 100K isn’t your thing, we have many opportunities for you to become one of our amazing and enthusiastic volunteers!
Racing Gnome:

Many people already had a blast at our first race of the year on February 9 at the Racing Gnome 5K/10K snowshoe race. It was a blustery day and the spectating was awesome to see racers make their way down the finishing hill at Auburn Ski Club.
Aid Stations:
Look for us out volunteering, (or better yet, join us!) at these races: The Canyons Endurance Runs, The Broken Arrow Skyrace, TRT Endurance Run, Castle Peak 100K, and Ultra Trail Lake Tahoe. Contact us if you would like to help on our Aid Station page.
> Volunteer at our Canyons Aid Station on Sat, April 25, 2020!
