The Castle Peak 100k Endurance Run run is a minimally supported FREE run for Donner Party Mountain Runners members only. The point-to-point course starts at the Stampede Reservoir Boat Ramp and ends at Donner Memorial State Park, featuring plenty of single track and some dirt roads.
The course is very challenging and features the most scenic trails that Truckee / North Tahoe has to offer. The entire course is at elevation, starting with rolling hills on the Emigrant Trail, continuing with climbs up Hawk’s Peak, Castle Peak, past Mt. Lincoln, Anderson and Tinker Knob, then descending Cold Stream Valley to the finish. Click here for 100k Course Map, including Aid Stations.
Registration is only available to paying members of the Donner Party Mountain Runners. Click here to join the club as a FOUNDING member. Donner Party Mountain Runners is a grassroots 501(c)(3) non-profit running club. Thank you for your overwhelming support in our inaugural year!
This run is limited to 40 participants, so please only sign up and take a spot if you are committed to the date and distance! Click here to sign up for this FREE event.
